“While I complain when I am dissatisfied with a service or job poorly executed, equally if I am particularly pleased with such a situation I want to say well done and thank you.

When I collected the car on Wednesday evening I observed that it had been washed down, but it was only when I got home that I realised the inside had also been cleaned through, and I have to add to a better standard than I usually set for myself. To say the very least I was impressed and very pleased with all you had done.

There is some justice and benefit in taking such pride in your work because I have previously relied on a local garage to look after my car but the owner, who I felt I could rely on, has just retired leaving me wondering where I would find similar support. I do not feel the need to look further. Thank you again for a job well done.”
